Refund policy

We only return or exchange items that are different from size ordered or has any kind of quality defect. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

In case of exchnage we will deliver the new product within 7 working days and customer will be required to handover the old product to the same delivery personnel.

In case of return the customer will be required to courier back the product with original packaging and tags in place.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

We will transfer dues to the customers bank account or through easy paisa after receipt of the parcel

Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
